The above hotel rates are based on a self catering accommodation only, and include the use of the air-condition. All prices are per unit, not per person.

TAXES & FEES

On behalf of the Greek goverment for summer 2025 we are obliged to collect from our guests a Climate Crisis Resilience Fee at a rate of 2 Euros per night’s stay. This is not an income for us, the fee gets paid to the Tax Office the following month.

For example a studio reservation for a week will incoured a 14 Euros Climate Crisis Resilience Fee.

Also on behalf of the Chania city council we are obliged to collect 0.75% Tourism tax.

SPECIAL OFFERS

Certain times of the season discount rates might apply for large groups. Kindly note that as we also work with a number of Tour Operators and Travel agents, different rates might apply if accommodation is booked through a third party.

Also special discount rates might apply for a selection of companies, organizations and universities that we are affiliated with. Those special discount rates will appear on the website.

We can arrange for a local taxi to pick you up from the airport/port (Chania or Heraklion) at discount rates. Also we can arrange for a rented car to wait for you at the airport or at your accommodation. (Discount rates apply).
